Want a deadly experience watching John Wick’s spin-off Ballerina? Cineworld is screening it in 4DX and Superscreen

Get up close to the action as Ana de Armas stars in the latest instalment in the John Wick franchise, Ballerina. From pliés to high kicks and gun-wielding fights, the ballerina turned assassin Eve Macarro is out for blood after the death of her father – and there’s a Keanu Reeves fight sequence that is likely to please loyal fans of the series.

It’s a matter of importance, then, that you get yourself booked into a special format screening of Ballerina, available to book in 4DX or Superscreen at Cineworld, as well as 2D. More immersive, it’ll make your trip to the cinema that bit more killer, with Ballerina releasing on June 6.

Chassé on over to a 4DX screening of Ballerina

Wanna feel like you’re in the fights without all the bruises and other potential injuries? Weird question maybe, but 4DX is exclusive to Cineworld in the UK and is one such way to feel truly immersed in all the action of From the World of John Wick: Ballerina.

The chairs move, you’ll feel the elements – including wind and rain – and there’s also a chance of strobe lighting. Appealing to more of the senses than a standard screening, it’s called extreme cinema for a reason, and it really does add an extra dimension to your viewing experience.

Blockbusters like Ballerina deserve to be watched on the Superscreen

If you’re not sure you can handle the sensory experience of 4DX, there is still an option to watch Ballerina in a way that proves truly spectacular. Superscreen heightens both visual and audio elements, projecting on huge screens and supported by Dolby Atmos sound, allowing you to take in all the details and experience the masterpiece of Ballerina and how it fits into the John Wick universe.

Of course, many have been asking if we’ll see Keanu Reeves reprieve his role in Ballerina. Featuring in the trailer, he’s definitely it, though to what extent we don’t know. That said, de Armas has talked about their fight scene, and Superscreen will allow you to soak up every last second of Reeves – especially if his screentime only turns out to be minutes.
