Once Upon a Time in Hollywood sequel and Disclosure Day lead Super Bowl trailer drops

Between Bad Bunny's half time show and the Seattle Seahawks winning the Super Bowl LX against the New England Patriots, the news is stuffed with plenty of entertainment buzz. As well as the coveted half time show spot, another draw for audiences around the globe is the big budget Super Bowl commercials, and some of the biggest blockbusters of the film slate releasing exclusive clips and new trailers. And that's exactly what we got from last night's game, including Steven Spielberg's Disclosure Day and Once Upon a Time in Holly spin-off The Adventures of Cliff Booth.

Here are all the Super Bowl trailers that aired last night, and when you can expect to see them on the big Cineworld screen.

Scream 7 (27th February)

We're all screaming with excitement as Scream 7 is just around the corner. So close we can almost smell blood taste it, the Super Bowl treated us to a new clip in which we see Sid and Gale Weathers reunited. There's also psych wards and maybe Stu Macher? It's creepy and we're here for it. Better still, Scream 7 tickets are on sale now.

Disclosure Day (12th June)

Steven Spielberg's completely original film is certainly garnering plenty of buzz, not least because it has a jam-packed cast list filled with A-list talent. From Emily Blunt to the man of the moment, Josh O'Connor. Colin Firth also stars, as well as Colman Domingo. Until now, little was known about Disclosure Day, but the trailer has disclosed (*ahem*) more details. One day America wakes up to the release of government kept secrets – namely that extraterrestrials exist. Cue crop circles and everyone's irises doing weird things.

The Adventures of Cliff Booth (2026)

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night was the revelation that there will be a follow-up film to Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood – and that it's coming out this year!!) revolving around Brad Pitt's character Cliff Booth. Timothy Olyphant will also reprise his role as James Stacy. Quentin Tarantino wrote the screenplay for this one, but it's David Fincher who picks up the directing credit for this one.

Project Hail Mary (20th March)

A hotly anticipated book to screen adaptation is just over a month away from its release, and the Super Bowl offered fans an opportunity to see Ryan Gosling's scifi movie in more detail as a 6th grade science teacher attempts to save the world. The trailer features the first time Grace meets and makes friends with an alien he calls Rocky. It's adorable, and we cannot wait to see this.

The Mandalorian & Grogu (22nd May)

The more adorable the dynamic duo the better. Following on from Grace and Rocky, Super Bowl also hoped for more tidbits from Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian & Grogu. What adventures await Din Djarin and Grogu? Well, its Super Bowl spot didn't exactly give much to go on – like, at all. But they've certainly built up the anticipation even more. Still, the dynamic duo is strong here as we see the bounty hunter and his adopted son ride through a snowy-scape on Tauntauns with a voice over of Sam Elliott. Maybe the latter is an easter egg?!

Minions & Monsters (1st July 2026)

The minions are going meta in their latest movie as the minions attempt to make their own. All they need is a worthy movie worthy monster. When summoning one doesn't work, they go on a mission to find the scariest monster. This looks like such a fun upcoming family movie, and certainly broke up some of the more sincere, sombre trailers that dropped during the Super bowl.

Super Mario Galaxy Movie (1st April)

We may have only just got our first look at Yoshi with Super Mario Galaxy Movie's latest trailer, but Super Bowl treated us to another peep at the follow up to the uber successful 2023 The Super Mario Bros. Movie. It features more Yoshi limelight, as he rides a super cool motorbike and seems to swallow Magikoopa Kamek whole, before pooping him out in the form of a dino egg-shaped power-up and getting comfy in his seat. Iconic.
