Secret Screamings are like a cinema surprise. Grab a mystery ticket and the film will be revealed only when the titles roll…
They Will Kill You is the latest undercover horror to hit the screens at Cineworld and the reviews came pouring in over X. And scrolling through the comments, it’s pretty clear the pulpy They Will Kill You was a corker.
The horror is bloody and the humour black, and fans are loving the weird energy of a film that takes them on a crazy ride. It’s fun too. And we all love a chuckle don't we, even among blood and gore.
The stylised violence, an awesome level of action and dark tone mean this film’s got cult classic written all over it (in blood-red dripping letters, obviously).
They Will Kill You screens from 27th March, and you can book your tickets below (and grab your ticket to the next Secret Screaming on 7th April). We know which side of the blood-stained axe we’re on, but if you’re still undecided, read on for inspo…

P Schmidt had no feels whatsoever for the film, until he went to a Secret Screaming…
I take my smack talk back #TheyWillKillYou. An absolute banger. Diehard/Resident Evil/Killbill.

Whereas James already knew it was his kind of movie…
Tremendously bonkers completely off its head blood soaked madness!! Right up my street so I had a blast 😍 pic.twitter.com/qkeMUsSZf9

This film really knows what it is – and delivers with mighty blows (and punches, kicks, axe throws… you name it…)
Brutal, but bloody good fun. It pinched from here and there but found its own odd identity and I loved it.

Bold on humour, impact, style and tone – this film sounds confident, and we love that.

When a film’s dubbed both bonkers and great, it’s a win win. And this film defied our audience’s expectations.
It was really good, not at all what I expected. Funny with lots of blood involved. Highly recommend.

Intrigued by Mathew’s pigs comment?? You’ll just have to go and see the pigs for yourself and see if they have the same effect on you… They Will Kill You is out 27th March.
