As Top Gun: Maverick zooms onto screens this week, star Miles Teller and director Joseph Kosinski have revealed some of their favourite moments from making the movie – while also showing off their skills at building model aeroplanes.
Our 'Sit Down With The Stars' interview challenged the pair to make and fly toy planes while discussing the filming of the long-awaited follow-up to 1986's Top Gun.
Teller plays Lt. Bradley 'Rooster' Bradshaw, son of the original movie's Goose, and he explains how he channeled the "vibe" of Goose for this sequel.
He also shares his favourite moments working with Kosinski. The pair had previously worked together on firefighting drama Only The Brave, but Maverick proved to be a very different experience.
Meanwhile, Kosinski explains how his background in aerospace engineering gave him a unique insight into the airborne action.
The pair also talk about the 4DX and ScreenX tech that makes Top Gun: Maverick a fully immersive, full-throttle experience. You can find out more about how you can experience the movie at Cineworld here.
