Few stars have defined the modern musical landscape quite like Lin-Manuel Miranda. The creator of global musical success Hamilton, Miranda is also an EGOT recipient (winner of Emmy, Golden Globe, Oscar and Tony awards), and seemingly has the Midas touch.
So imagine how excited we were to catch up and discuss his role in Disney sequel Mary Poppins Returns. Miranda plays lamplighter Jack, the apprentice of the original movie's Bert (Dick Van Dyke), and he's a character who plays an important role in the events that follow.
In the movie, Miranda forms a memorable duo with new Mary Poppins actress Emily Blunt, launching into a host of memorably exuberant new tunes including the uproarious 'Trip a Little Light Fantastic'. But can he in fact remember any of them? Watch the interview below to find out.
